I bought this skirt for the cute design, and I have many other Athleta tennis skirts that I love and play tennis in. This skirt isn't nearly as flattering or functional as the older versions. The pleats are way too much and bunch up when you retrieve tennis balls from either the pockets or under shorts hem. The gripping on the shorts is loose. This design isn't functional to actually play tennis. The waistband is oddly flat and isn't flattering. I will be returning.
