Where are the front zippered pockets???

I have been buying these skorts for years now and this is the first one without zippered pockets on the front. The skort does not stay flat and I bought the exact same size. Disappointed!!!

I have a Brooklyn Skort from several years ago that I wanted to replace due to the hem coming out. Unfortunately, this one, although very similar, is not the same. The color is several shades different, and the waistline is not as smooth in the back as my old one. I did like the open instead of zippered side pockets. I will be returning this one and having the hem on my old one repaired.

I have 4 pairs of the Brooklyn size 10 pants. They are a little loose on me, but I like them that way. I ordered a size 10 in this skirt. It's a little snug. I'm sure it may stretch in wearing so I think it will be just fine. Good length, too!

I wanted to love it and love my old Athleta khaki Trek skort, but even after washing and drying the wrinkles from being folded in the packaging are still quite visible.

Fit and feel is good but I like the original version with the zipper pockets better. This version just feels a bit cheap. I do like the new garnet color and hope for more new colors.

I am 5'5" 108lb. I wear 0-4 depending on the style. I ended with an 0 and it is perfect. Not too high, not too low, and LOVE the length. Not too short, not too long! I also love that is is not A line shaped. Great for us not so curvy gals.
