Super yoga mat and it fits into the Stakt Yoga bag to make a perfect set. Easy to wipe down and thicker than a regular thin roll up mat.

The foam is very firm and the grooves are somewhat annoying when you don't have the mat folded. It's a good thickness, much thicker than my yoga mat and easier on the knees but it's not as soft as a foam pad. I think it would be good for travel because it folds up.
