They are great, super comfortable shape, perfect for power pilates and weighted HIIT. One note to Athleta for packaging - the box of the bars was in a huge box, please use smaller boxes for smaller items to avoid waste. Otherwise, great purchase and arrived on time.

I took these with me to physical therapy and after my instructor exclaimed how heavy they are for their size a crowd gathered to check them out. Everyone was so impressed. They are small, smooth and easy to hold. Plus they are cute and ladylike. There are endless exercises one can do with these.

Soft to the touch and balanced weight throughout bar

I thought when I read the other review abt a broken storage bag it was a one off. Now I know it's a fundamental flaw in how it's boxed and shipped. Destined for the handle to break with only a small thin cardboard packing box to protect it in transit. I do not blame the company for this oversight as the product itself is great and came perfectly intact otherwise.
