We love shopping here for my niece. Unfortunately, our experience in store was very frustrating this time. They didn't have the size we needed for her in the sports bra so we asked for help. The person working told us that if we order online we would be able to get it with no minimum purchase and no shipping fee. I specifically asked if I could do this at home and she said yes. Once we got home (I love an hour away) we found out that the website was going to charge us shipping. We called the store to tell them our situation and their response was "I don't know how you want me to help you". We asked if they could order at the store and take a credit card over the phone and she said no and that she couldn't do anything. Very frustrating. I have worked in customer service for years and I felt that this response was very inappropriate. I never write reviews however this was very frustrating. Thanks

Bought this for my daughter who wanted something new for cross country season. This bra is so soft and comfortable - my daughter loves it! Definitely the first one she reaches for after laundry day. The built in pads are great for some extra coverage and the straps are comfortable over her shoulders for the longer miles. #sweepstakes
