I am 5'10" 140lbs and wear a size small. I love the way these pants fit and feel. They are a little thicker and so soft and stretch and tight in all the right places! I hope they add more colors soon!

I purchased this item in red (M regular) and really wanted to love these, but the quality is very poor for the price. One ankle seam was open out of the bag, and the fabric is NOT plush as stated. This is the quality I would expect for $16.99 at discount store. I wore them on a beach hike in 42 ...degree weather with a bit of wind and my legs and thighs were cold. The sizing is accurate, but the pockets are useless unless you have a TINY flip phone, or just need to stash a single key or a credit card, and the crotch area fits weird- baggy in front. I have been a faithful Athleta customer for many many years, purchasing all of my workout and casual bottoms but am so disappointed in the quality and inconsistent fit of the current products offered over the past two years that I will not likely purchase from Athleta again. I had no issue paying $100 or so in years past for Athleta leggings because they were superior to all others. No so anymore. Athleta should be ashamed of their quality and their prices. An appropriate price for these leggings would be about $20. IF they were sewn correctly.

This is my first pair of Rainier High Rise Leggings, I live in western NY and still enjoy being able to get out and walk in the winter months, I don't think they will be super warm when the temps drop down in to the teens, but in the 30-40 degree temps, so far so good. The brushed inside is super soft, the fit true to size and have just the right amount of compression. I'm also a fan of the side zipper pockets - large enough to hold my cell phone and the Truffle color is fabulous!

I've tried several winter leggings from other companies, and the Rainier High Rise Legging made the cut. I love it for several reasons: It's warm and cozy and yet not too bulky. (I live in Alaska and sometimes put on a pair of overpants to walk my dog on very cold, snowy, icy days. It has two zippered pockets, which are well-designed. It's machine-wash and -dry-. I might have to get another pair! I will say that the petite size that I usually order was a bit too short for me, so I had to return them and order a regular size--they're perfect.

I love these leggings, I have two other pairs. They are great for walking or running in the cold (for me that's 40 or less). The zipper pockets are cute and functional. Unfortunately one of the zippers on the most recent purchased pair broke on the first use. I contacted customer service and return was easily initiated. I was hoping for a replacement item, again I love these leggings, but apparently none were in stock to send. Fingers crossed that I will receive a replacement rather than a refund since I purchased on promotion. #sweepstakes
