Too tight in the hips

I was looking forward to trying these pants since I love cropped/capri style. They were way too tight in the hip area and had to return them. Keep making more capri style pants please I love them.

These are supposed to cling around the waist and thighs but these definitely run waaay small. I'm normally a medium or small and the medium I bought is exceedingly tight.
