I wanted to love these and I see why people like the fabric; it's amazing. But I think the fit is off; it's so boxy up front, they almost could fit a baby bump. Not at the phase of my life where I want a giant pouch under my waistband. They went back; a miss for me. #sweepstakes

I have these shorts in almost all colors. They wash well (cold water and hung dry) very comfortable. Perfect length. Fit true to size.

I was sorry that Athleta discontinued my casual, every-day summer staple, the Farallon short, so I looked for a replacement. The quality of these Forever Fleece shorts is good--the construction is solid, and the material is soft, nice and thick, but they're definitely not mid-rise on me. I'm 5'10" with a long torso for reference. The waistband comes all the way up to my waist, which makes for kind of a weird fit. If I were to buy them again, I'd go down a size. I'm keeping them anyway as workout shorts.

Super soft interior! Very comfortable waist band! Flattering fit: loose but not baggy. The 4" length is perfect! They are long enough to cover your behind but not too much of your legs!

Huge! I wear a small in Athleta workout leggings. I ordered these in XS and they were still huge. Good quality fabric though.
