Bring back the original 9” shorts with the original fabric and great phone pockets on the side. The pocket in the back is NOT suitable for a phone when you are walking or more active.

So comfortable and they stay in place. They don't ride up and the length is perfect for me. I love that Athleta offers different lengths. These cover my unsightly scar from skin cancer removal.

These are so soft, and they have a great back pocket for your phone.

Okay, but I did not like the extremely high waist. True to size, and nice fabric. Would be better with pockets on the sides, like previous versions of the 9"" shorts. Returned them.
