I am 54 years old and usually a 36B. I am also 5'11" and usually can't find bras easy because they are too tight on my shoulders. I really like this bra! I bought a small and medium to see which was a better fit. I could have done either but went with the small. I was afraid the medium would loosen too much over time on the band, but really could have done either size.

This bra is so comfortable! I had a breast reduction recently and am a D cup now. I don't have as much need for support these days but this one holds everything in and isn't crazy tight. It covers everything so that there are no slips and it's super cute. If you have heavier breasts (as I used to) this may not be the bra for you.
