I have a small bust, but my underbust is also small. I work out a lot, so my lats are wide. I used to buy Athleta sports bras in XXS D-DD, but I noticed they don't carry that size as often anymore. After trying different sizes, I can wear this bra in either XS D-DD or XS A-C depending on the look I'm going for. Honestly, I sort of prefer the D-DD because it provides a little more coverage and the cup pads are more substantial. If you have wider lats, the D-DD won't dig into that area as much as A-C. This bra would work well for low-impact workouts. The fabric also feels great!
