This is a great piece to layer or wear alone. Black is always a needed wardrobe staple. It has stretch which I like. I did purchase a small. I typically wear xs or s in Athleta tops. Bought on sale so always happy to score a good deal.

I have 5 different colors. I do feel they run a little small. However, I can wear a small I just like the med better. They are a fitted top and shorter in length. With high waisted pants they are perfection
