I also have a high bust line and this neckline is waaaaaaay too low for teaching yoga in. I have to wear a sports bra underneath with a more modest neckline to make it wearable in public or in studio.

As noted, it fits like a sports bra with long sleeves. I'm 5'5", 122 pounds and wear a 32DD. I bought a Small and it's perfect. I tend to have issues with sleeves not being long enough and these are perfect. Long enough they aren't stretching and pulling, but not excessive. Neckline is low, but sexy. I bought 3 of them and buying 2 more!

Loves this top!!! I wanted something cute to wear for when I attend CrossFit classes. This is perfect. I am usually a 36B - 40B, so I ordered the extra large just in case it ran small. It is a perfect fit. I paired it with an Ahtleta spaghetti-strapped bodysuit, which I had purchased last year, and put this right on top of it. Loved the look and it was perfect for my CrossFit workout - best part, the top never rolled up/. It stayed right in place.
