Way more cropped than it looks in the photo!

I have the short sleeved version and love it- hits at lower waist what this photo depicts. However, this version ends between bra and naval level which is higher than I would want in a shirt. I ordered my normal size. The quality otherwise was fine. I ended up returning.

I was nervous from the reviews that this would run overly small but I ordered my normal size medium and it fits great! It feels like quality material and is a very flattering cut. I quickly ordered more colors after trying my initial order. Definitely recommend!!

Cropped and wider neck. Did get a medium, usually wear small or xs in Athleta tops. Just thought the small was a little tight on the arms.

The newer versions of this item are NOT produced in a Fair Trade certified factory, but they are all clearly being labeled as such. The older version I saw in store were still produced in a Fair Trade Factory, but if you order online, it isn't. This is a clear example of greenwashing, where the brand is promoting ethical production, but isn't delivering on its claims.
