Love these pants. I got them for work so I had something comfortable but also work appropriate. They fit TTS and the elastic band is great for anyone that fluctuates in size! My only callout is they could be even more elevated if belt loops were added.

My favorite walk-to-off-site-meetings pants; I have them in 3 colors. I've dressed them up for the office with flats and dressed them down with sneakers. I get compliments on these all the time. I check the weather for the week and plan on wearing these pants on warm days when I have to walk to meetings at other buildings on my campus. They fit much like the Gap's 365 Trouser, except the material is more moisture wicking and athletic-like.
