I search constantly for the right bra insert. My mastectomy was in 2009. Once, I found these, no more searching. They are the best. Light weight and fit well with most any bra. For the price they simply cannot be beat.
These are the best inserts that I have found and they are so affordable. These work even better than the ones my insurance covered. They are light and don't make me as sweaty, and I think they are water safe (though I haven't tried it). The only thing is the sizing. You'll need to try them out to see what works. I bought D size and they are still a bit small (my non mastectomy side is a B-C). I love that they have a wide shape without a sharp forward protrusion, which was my issue with other forms. I imagine if you need C and above, even the largest sizes would not work.

I had a double mastectomy last December, these gave me my confidence back. They not only look nice but they feel comfortable. After surgery it was hard finding something that felt comfortable under a bra or tank top and these are the best thing I've ever tried. If you didn't know I had surgery - you'd think they were real!!
