It's a good sports bra that provides decent coverage and support for mid activities like barre, yoga, dance, and strength training. I wouldn't wear it running or hiit. I found the piping/thick seam in the underarm area dug into my breast tissue. For reference, I wear a 34C. I ultimately returned it because I have some many like this already.

This bra runs a little small. Its fits well but I definitely provides more compression in the bust than with other bras in the same size. I purchased a size Medium (A-C) and for reference wear a 36B. #sweepstakes
