This insert was recommended by my oncology nurse and it is as good or better than the expensive prosthesis I had purchased before knowing about this product. It is a perfect fit for me (may not be for every woman). I am an average size.

I really liked the inserts

Can I trim the pointy edge of the insert? It doesn't fit in my mastectomy bra pockets! Can someone post a photo of which was is up? Should the tiny label be at the bottom (e.g. CL, CR)?

Love the athleta empower inserts. They are so so soft and comfortable!! I would love to see an athleta bra with pockets that has hooks on the back. Can't get the perfect comfortable fit with closed back sports bras.

Very lightweight and comfortable

I've tried so many types of inserts and this is the most natural looking. I use it in my regular bras, too. I'm an A cup and the A size is still a little too big, so I cut out some foam to make it smaller. But the shape is excellent. I would love some color options, since I'm fair skinned and you can see it poking out with regular bras, so it'd be nice to have more skin-tone options.

I like the how light these inserts are compared to much heavier prostheses. I also like how natural they look.

I really need these as I had a left side mastectomy but unfortunately the smallest size A is too large for me. Great option for larger busted breast cancer warriors.

I like the overall design and weight. I ordered online size equal to a C after I had purchased the D size in a store. I was a bit disappointed with how dramatically smaller the C size was compared to the D size.
