It's so hard to find a classic bikini bottom these days so I was thrilled with this one: simple, low cut, moderate butt coverage (I'm 35 and not into showing both cheeks like a teenager, but also am not ready to completely cover up!). Doesn't ride up into a wedgie when I walk. Feels lower cut than o...n the model. My hips are a size 4 and my rear is athletic. I got this in a small. The medium was just slightly too big. Thank you Athleta for making suits for athletes who want to feel sexy!
I have multiple bathing suits from Athleta and this is the worst item I have ever bought. I needed a pair of bottoms to go under the board shorts I bought from them (that are surprisingly unlined). I wanted decent coverage so they'd be comfortable under the short. Not only do they have very little c...overage, they look like someone had worn them for 15 years. There is zero elasticity to the waistband. There is no way they would stay up standing still, let alone in the water or during activity. It looks cheap and the material is flimsy and misshaped, as seen in the photo (this is how they naturally lay, I did not fold them over). I bought my usual size (small), as I wear a 4-6 in pants and all of my other bottoms from them are that size. So very disappointed. Thankfully I have been a customer for years and this is the first product I have received this way.

I love the fit of this bottom - it covers my bottom and looks cute. Honestly, it is about the only swim bottom on the market that actually covers the cheeks - thank you Athleta. One thing that I noticed is that this year's fabric is thinner and not as durable. In the past, the swimsuit lasted the entire season and more, but this year, I have only worn it for about a month and it is already showing signs of wear (fabric bagging / looking thin). Please bring back the fabric from 2024!

Finally! A bikini bottom that fits like bikinis did a few years ago and doesn't leave me feeling like I am embarrased to be at the beach with my children and their friends. The fabric is soft, the cut is flattering. All around a great swim bottom.
