I say damaged because there was a weird film on the inside of the bag that was not removable. I assume this happened in the manufacturing process where the bag was warm and stuck together?? I don't know but what irritated me was that the person who picked the bag and threw it in with my order could...
I say damaged because there was a weird film on the inside of the bag that was not removable. I assume this happened in the manufacturing process where the bag was warm and stuck together?? I don't know but what irritated me was that the person who picked the bag and threw it in with my order could easily have seen there was an issue with it but chose to put it in my shipment anyway. Then when I called to return it, as it was a mail order, I found the return process to be very irritating. Rather than just returning it, they tell you that your return will be determined AFTER it arrives to the warehouse and is inspected and determined to be bad. Well, I say own your crappy quality and crappier quality control. Instead, they would have you worry about whether you are getting your money back and make you wait weeks. I just took it to the store, which was inconvenient for me and got an immediate credit.
