I am 5'10" 140lbs and wear a size small. I love the way these pants fit and feel. They are a little thicker and so soft and stretch and tight in all the right places! I hope they add more colors soon!
I purchased this item in red (M regular) and really wanted to love these, but the quality is very poor for the price. One ankle seam was open out of the bag, and the fabric is NOT plush as stated. This is the quality I would expect for $16.99 at discount store. I wore them on a beach hike in 42 ...degree weather with a bit of wind and my legs and thighs were cold. The sizing is accurate, but the pockets are useless unless you have a TINY flip phone, or just need to stash a single key or a credit card, and the crotch area fits weird- baggy in front. I have been a faithful Athleta customer for many many years, purchasing all of my workout and casual bottoms but am so disappointed in the quality and inconsistent fit of the current products offered over the past two years that I will not likely purchase from Athleta again. I had no issue paying $100 or so in years past for Athleta leggings because they were superior to all others. No so anymore. Athleta should be ashamed of their quality and their prices. An appropriate price for these leggings would be about $20. IF they were sewn correctly.

The fabric is soft and just thick enough for warmth. Comfortable in all the right places. Love the fit. My go-to for working out in the cooler months.

These leggings are awesome for high impact workouts or if you want to just wear them casually. The pockets are great for keeping your AirPod case or phone handy while exercising. Highly recommend. Usual size medium and purchased a medium.

These rainier leggings fit true to size. While my favorites are the ultra high rise elations these will do for the winter. They have that little bit of extra warmth for outside this time of the year. I typically buy the 7/8 in elations but the regular length fit fine with these.

Took a chance on a pair of these leggins and immediately bought a second. Great for outdoor walks (PNW winter, not Midwest winter...I've lived in both) Great for cozy lounging with and oversized seater. Hope they hold up well.

Comments about Rainier High Rise Legging
These are perfect when you need just a little bit of extra warmth for the cold days. I love that they're lightly layered and add warmth, but they're not bulky. They still fit pretty much like regular leggings. With maybe just the tiniest bit of more snugness. But not enough to cause any issues and they look really cute.

I purchased these pants a couple of years ago in camo. I didn't realize it was fleece-lined and fell in love with the leggings. They are really comfortable and warm. The best part is that you cannot tell that they are fleece-lined. They look like normal leggings. No extra bulk. When I saw these on sale, I decided to snag another pair in plain black. Just as good as I remembered.
