This bra is perfect for yoga, strength class, and low impact workouts. A medium fits perfectly (I wear a 36 C bra size). My one complaint is the tag. It's scratchy, even when you cut it. I wish they would print it on the bra rather than attaching a tag.

I have never had luck with Athleta sports bras but this one is perfect. I love the racerback which is why I bought it, to wear with race back tank tops. It also has a nice scoop in the front and fabric is super soft. Bought in black and white which will be good staples.
