This sports bra is good for light impact activities. I've used it to play pickleball. It provides good coverage for my small bust. The band is more comfortable than my old Nike ones. The only thing that would have made this bra perfect is if it had adjustable shoulder straps. I sized up according to the size chart and the straps dig into the tops of my shoulders after an hour of wearing them. They don't hurt, but there is an impression in my skin from the straps.

My favorite Athleta bra yet! And I've been shopping here for years!! It is definitely lower impact, but still supportive and smooth. The material is very soft and feels weightless while wearing it. I love it for work as well as working out!

I love the stretchiness of the fabric, making it easier to get on as my arms don't bend as much as they used to. It's tight enough though so keep everything in place. And with the dark colors I take out the insert.
