I'm a 36DD and I have this bra in 3 colors. I wear a medium d/dd. It's the perfect support for high impact exercise, while still being not too tight. I love all the different colors and will likely buy more.

This bra has good support for more strenuous activities and allows arm motion for sports like golf and racquet sports. I just wish the pads would stay put - they shift around as I pull the bra on and off and always have to readjust.
