These Interval bras may be the best athletic bras I have ever had. It has been years since I destroyed my Nike bras that I loved and had not found workout bras I loved again until this one. I use these for my Orange Theory workouts (running and strength) and for biking. The band fits well, stays secure, and does not roll or pinch. I remove the thin bra pads (personal preference), but the pads are well designed and do not bulk up the bra. I love the compression, the strap design, and material. I have collected about 8 of these to use and rotate through my activities....have started donating my other athletic bras...so happy with these!!!

The STRAPS do stay flat if you dont dry them! I dont sports bras let alone bras themself. i always wanted a sport bra that the material under the breasts dont fold over, or maybe Ive just loat weight, IRDK. Overall, I like it, and have bought more than one, I have a few. The bra also doesn't weigh down my shoulders.
