This jacket is literally everything I hoped it would be and more. I was debating between this and a few other brands, but I am so glad I went with this one. It's incredibly soft, comfortable, and just feels really well made. I usually gravitate toward longer athletic jackets, but I've been wanting ...to try a cropped style and this one absolutely delivers. It's flattering without feeling too short, and it works perfectly for workouts or just throwing on over a set. I'm 5'3" and ordered the petite. I'm not completely sure how the regular length compares since I didn't try it in store, but the petite still works well for me. I bought it online without trying it on first and have zero regrets. Honestly one of my favorite purchases lately.
I have several non-cropped Salutation jackets, in XXS and XS. I ordered Raphanus pink in XS in this cropped version, but it is too tight in the shoulders and arms so will return. I would exchange for a S but I don't care for the color with my skin. It's more of a pepto pink than I care for - it seem...s to be somewhat softer-colored in the pics online. I also prefer the non-pieced neckline of the earlier Salutation jackets. Not sure why they went away from that. I like the crop length on this jacket and would buy one in a different color, sizing up, but I'm not keen on the colors currently available.

I love wearing this lightweight jacket especially while traveling. With two internal pockets and to 2 external zip pockets it help to keep be organized on needed items close and secure. The thumb loops keep the sleeves from rolling up and easy to slip on my jeans jacket when it gets especially chilly. I got a size larger than I would usually purchase as I do tend to layer while traveling. This is a "must" on my packing list!

Jacket runs two sizes small. I wear S and got a L so that it wouldn't be skin tight. Depends on how you want it to fit. I wanted to wear as a light layer over a tank or fitted tee. Like the cropped length form short torso.

The green is not exactly as shown in the photos. It's less vivid, more muted olive. But the quality of the piece is really good, super soft fabric and great fit!

Great jacket! I love the cropped length and tight fit. I normally wear XS Athleta tops (Momentum), but I went with a Small on this jacket. If you don't want it skintight, go up at least one size. The zipper pockets are also a wonderful design.
