I'm 5'7" and Athleta's size guide had me in an XS, but after reading other reviews and the product description, I went with a Small - so glad I did. It's form-fitting without being too tight, and the stretch is fantastic. The modal fabric is a major win for me. It's soft, moves well, and doesn't hol...d onto odor after washing, which is huge for workout gear. My only gripe - and this applies to basically every brand still doing this - is the internal tags. I'm tag-sensitive so I cut them immediately, but because they're on the side seam, you can still feel the rough leftover fabric even after removing them. Please, fashion industry, just agree on tagless clothing and call it a day. That one annoyance aside, this is a great piece and I'd absolutely buy it again. #sweepstakes
I was so excited about this top after reading about a hundred reviews that said it hit at the perfect length. Even from people same height and weight as me. I need professional and casual tops that don't bunch a ton at the bottom and they are so hard to find. I also have long legs so had very high h...opes for this one. When I pulled these out of the package, I was even more excited at how soft they were, and the gorgeous colors. Pulled one over my head—nope. Lands at my belly button. If I raise my arms even slightly, my whole belly is exposed. I'm 42 so searching for a more modest look. 5'9, 125 lbs.

Wow! This shirt is thicker than I thought it would be. The cerise is a really interesting pinky-coral hue that is very pretty. The construction is more solid than i thought it would be, as well. I have broader shoulders, so t- shirt sleeves are forever more like cap sleeves, but whatever, I like cap sleeves! Had I known what nice fabric this is, I'd have started buying these classy basics sooner! It *is* cropped, which works well with my high waist and all of the high waisted bottoms I've bought over the years. I don't know what I'll do if/ when the high waist fad disappears. Wash gently, always! And buy this top, it's really nice.

Nice crop top but RUNS VERY SMALL!! For reference I'm 5'5 and weigh 133 lbs. and always wear a size 6 or Small in all tops. Sadly, had to return and purchase a LARGE. Couldn't fit into Small or Medium. PLEASE, Athleta, redesign this top to fit 'real' women's bodies. Sizing on this one is WAY off, sadly.

I have several of these shirts and two dresses in signature rib. I love the lightweight material and therefore ribbing hides some imperfections…except the white colour. I waited patiently for the white to go on sale hoping it would become a wardrobe staple but it's not. The material is see through, even with a good neutral bra and you can make out every lump and bump. I purchased the perfect rib in white as an alternative and it's much better.
