Great fit, poor quality liner

I loved these shorts from the minute I put them on, however, the liner panty is made of fabric similar to pantyhose. On the 3rd wearing I had a hole. Too delicate.

These shorts I have in every color except white. I wear them all the time because they are light and airy. They are true to size and the length isn't too short at all

I love these Mesh Racer Run shorts & have 5 pairs. I am happy when Athleta has mid rise items. Being short waisted, I appreciate mid rise which isn't easy to find in the sea of high & ultra high rise offerings. These shorts fit, feel & wash great. I will wear them through spring & summer. There are multiple colors but the fun cord sell out fast. So if you like a color get it! I got a medium to give more room in the stride.

These aren't horrible but just so vastly different in quality from the Mesh Racers of a few years ago. Slightly different cut and a way cheaper fabric.

I prefer the mesh racer run mid rise short out of all of the other active shorts Athleta offers. I am 5'3'' and usually wear a size 8. I wear the mediums but they are roomy (which I prefer). I like the comfortable fit and convenient pocket on the side. Perfect shorts for working out and running errands in the summer.
