I love these pants. I get a bit cold in the winter and these pants have the right amount of fleece. I don't get overly hot when wearing these but definitely stay warm. They seem to be somewhat breathable for lined pants. They are incredibly comfortable. I do have several pair now. I get a couple of ...new ones to add to my existing pairs. I do want the cypress color, but it sold out too quickly. These can be worn to the office, wear around home, shopping, walking…they are so versatile. I recommend these but I know doing so, they may sell out faster than they do now. Great pants!! The regular length is a bit long on me, but I fold them under, they stay put and I wear them without any issues all day long.
These are no longer the same high quality they used to be. I've been buying a few of these every year for nearly 10 years. I practically wear them around the clock throughout the cooler months. This year, I noticed that they no longer advertise polartech fleece but I crossed my fingers and purchased... them anyway. Upon arrival, I immediately noticed that they are no longer as thick, plush, and soft. Even worse, the waist band is of horrible quality. The elastic part is now very thin and crackles in a way that tells me it won't hold up to multiple washes. It used to be very flattering and comfortable due to the thick waistband and support in the tummy area. Those features are entirely gone. I'm so sad that Athleta has ruined these great pants and replaced it with a product that looks and feels cheap. Note that the price is exactly the same as last year despite them now cutting corners to produce such a low quality product. I will be returning. I hope Athleta will consider returning to the great product this used to be.

Very disappointed in my new pants. Haven't had them for 2 months yet and already a hole in the crotch area on a seam. My old pair which I have had for years and I was trying to replace with some new one still don't have holes.

Bought these as I have a very similar pant that I bought at least five years ago. I am not sure if it was called the Altitude pant at that time. Bit wider at leg bottom, but does not seem to be too wide. I like this pant because the waist falls just below my belly button so no muffin top. Since it is a pull up, no front string tiers, zippers, buttons - this makes for flat front. Like previous version, may get some oiliness, but honestly, it took awhile for that to happen. I live in my prior version in the wintertime. They provide warmth, but aren't so warm that I can't wear around the house on cold days.

I've owned two pairs of these pants in S/Tall. I'm 6'2" with a 35" inseam (sz4) and they fit perfectly. They slide over biker shorts for the gym and give me a lovely shape. I can wear them under my Snowpants and they're so warm. I reach for them all the time. Ive now worn them hundreds of times. They have started to stretch out - but lovely pants worth every penny - for the tall girls out there these pants are a dream. Please keep making them!!

Love the feel and warmth of these pants, but they pill after a few times worn. I don't mind paying the price for quality fabric, not for this!! Not an easy return process!

I've purchase multiple Altitude pants over the past 6 - 8 years and the quality is even worse than last year. Pants are very thin and not warm. I've used my older Altitude pants with a base layer to ski; couldn't do that this year. I won't purchase again as quality has declined over the past few years...very, very disappointing.

I love my new fleece lined leggings. They are comfy, warm, and perfect for a cold winter day. They are a great addition to my leggings collection. I liked the black leggings so much, I bought the dark green leggings and like them just as much!

It's been a terrible frigid winter in the Northeast and I had my hip replaced in December 2025. I needed pull up pants that are warm. These are also nice enough to wear to work. You NEED to make more colors!!!!! I have plum from Last year and the grey. I want blue, pink, red, beige/brown!!!! nEED more stock. I also Love they are not too short like many of your pants are. I'm only 5'6" but I'm SICK of you catering to petite people! These fit snug but nice in a small (order up a size if in question) regular. I am 112 pounds

These pants are thick, warm and comfortable. I have not worn them yet. I am saving them for my Alaskan cruise, so cannot speak to how the wash. Reason for the 4 stars is the regular length is about a 1/4 of an inch shorter than most other Athleta regular length I own.
