This crossbody bag is just the right size—neither too big nor too small—and it sits fairly flat against the body. I much prefer this vertical orientation (north-south) for a crossbody. The strap is wide for comfort and adjustable for different lengths. I also like the teal color. It's exactly what I wanted.

I have only had this bag a couple of weeks and it was only used lightly, today the stitching detached from nylon attaching the strap to the bag. I contacted customer service through chat and the option given was to return and reorder the item through an email, I never received. Additionally, I purchased this item for a trip I leave on before this process could possibly be completed. On top of that the chat representative closed our chat before answering my questions on the process. Very disappointed I won't be able to use this bag and now have no means to return it.
