Was looking for a midweight wide-leg black pant to replace a pair of heavier linen wide-leg trousers I had from another brand...LOVE THESE. It's slightly thicker than the weight of the Brooklyn pants, but still perfect for warmer climates and transitional seasons. Really love the flowy fabric of t...hese and the silhouette. Since I am 5'10 (140lb), I often have to opt for the tall size to make sure styles like this don't hit at my ankle. Was hard to tell with these based on the model images, and I don't always trust the inseam info is correct (burned by that before). While I ordered the 4-Tall online, it turned out my local store had the 4-Regular in stock, and the 4-Regular fit perfectly. I wound up canceling the tall since it was on backorder til November and am glad I don't have to wait that long! As for some comments about the silhouette sticking out at the pockets on the hips...I didn't have this problem, for what it's worth. I've got a little curve in the hip, but it didn't force the pockets to bulge at an angle. Overall these look super sleek and I'm loving the style versatility!

I was SO excited to order these pants at such an affordable price, as I've been curious about them for a while! Shipping was unexpectedly fast, despite a crippling snow/ice storm in my area. The quality of the item is 💯. Love the color. Love the fabric. Love the length. Loved the flattering fit in ...the front…until I turned around in the mirror. To my dismay, my backside is nonexistent and gets swallowed up in all of the excessive fabric. The only way I will be able to wear them (to accentuate any backside at all), is if I roll up the waistband. Otherwise, it looks like I'm wearing a long weirdly-shaped skirt with a random long pleat in the middle of my backside—not very flattering. I was hoping to wear a cropped tee (also ordered during the same transaction), but it won't hide the rolled waistband. These pants were soooo close to being perfection for me! The size chart and fit let me down on this one! As a final purchase item, I cannot return.

I cannot say enough about these pants.... Worth every penny. I have three pairs for work. They wash well and hang to dry. Any small wrinkles steam out quickly. It's so nice NOT having to send work pants to the dry cleaners!! I have black, navy and cream. I do not think the cream are too "see-through". I don't mind the faint outline of the pocket. I wear a tan vanishing edge panty underneath and they are fine. They are SUPER comfy. The 6 fits my true waist perfectly and gives me a little room in the tum-tum if I have a good meal. The inseam is PERFECT for flats, kitten heel or even a sneaker. Bravo, Athleta. Bravo! I'm 5'7" with a 30" inch inseam and weigh 140.

I am 5ft 3in, 135 pounds. I have a black pair in a size 6 petite and a 6 regular. The petite is perfect for flats and regular are great with heels. Pants are wrinkle free and perfect for travel. I can dress up or down. Wonderful quality. Highly recommend.

As others have stated, the fabric is lovely with beautiful drape. I gave 4 stars bc the pockets stick out a bit. Honestly, I prefer the Brooklyn Heights Pleated Wide Leg from 2 or 3 years ago bc they laid better- not just the pockets but also the flat front. But those are no longer available. I got in my regular size. The length was good for me.
