I'm obsessed with this fabric. I originally bought the seaside pants (cream) (which come in regular and tall) and ribbed sweatshirt (taupe) for a 4-day work summit. It's incredibly comfortable and the fabric drapes so nicely that (depending on the color) it looks nice for work. I then bought a taupe... sweatshirt for a "My Favorite Things) gift exchange. Then after the holidays, when the sweatshirts went on sale, I bought 2 more colors. The bright blue and dark grape (I forgot the color names). I didn't realize until I tried them on that they were different from my ribbed top—a little less dressy—but I don't care. I'm obsessed with the softness of this fabric. The combo of soft with some weight to the fabric is pure luxury.
I bought my first seasoft crewneck sweatshirt last year and it immediately became my favorite sweatshirt. The fabric was awesome, it laundered great, and the fit was AMAZING! So when I saw them on sale, I ordered two and anxiously awaited their arrival. WOW was I disappointed when they arrived and I... discovered that the style was completely different! The neck was tight, the sleeves were too long, and the shape was different….it used to be slightly longer in the back, (which I loved!) and now it just looks like everything else Athleta is selling-CROPPED! Athleta used to be targeted towards middle age women and older, but now it seems like they are targeting younger women, as every top they make now seems to be cropped!! PLEASE MAKE SOME REGULAR LENGTH SWEATSHIRTS AGAIN! I will have to return these, they are an awkward cropped length and look sloppy no matter what l put on with them. So disappointed!

I love this top! It is the perfect length (sits mid-hip) and so very soft and comfortable. I love that it does not hug the body but has a loose and airy feel. I did get an XL as it was the only size left but it's perfect as it is not oversized but has just the right amount of give to it. I ordered it in the pyrite color as well as I loved the fit so much! Highly recommend!

This truly is super soft. I love the length of it. It can be tucked in or looks good worn out. Also, the cloud color is a beautiful gray/blue. It's now one of my favorites.
