My only complaint is that none of the colors on offer look good on someone with blue undertones to her skin! I must have missed the cherry red, plum, and blue colors that sold out. I bought the citron hoping it would be as bright as it looks, on par with neon yellow/green cycling jackets, but it's m...ore of a honeydew kind of color, as in: a paler yellow/green, leaning yellow. see photo where the athleta top is on the right. Defeated, I exchanged for black! Because this is a really well made hoodie with a perfect sized hood, good length arms (I'm 5'11", 145# and got the MT), and I actually really like where it hits my hips. Note that I have a high waist, so if you are long waisted it'll be different. I don't mind that the hem rises when I raise my arms, it's not a big deal. The fabric has a nice weight and drape. I like this length because crops always seem too large in circumference and look strange in profile. Am deligted that hoodies and sweatshirts with 1/4 and 1/2 zips are so popular because I've always hated having the neck scrape along my face when I take them off.
I've bought other long sleeves and sweaters from athleta and the larges have always had long enough sleeves. Every time I've tried an XL in a sweater I've been swimming in it. I have another style of this fabric in a large, and a seasoft 1/4 zip in medium. Both fit perfectly and I got my sizing down... pretty good in this brand. Being 5'10" makes sleeve length pretty important to me. This one in a large barely goes to my wrist! Disappointing. Athleta can be hit or miss, and when you miss it can be quite irritating. Slippery way of clearing inventory and you start to lose trust over time.

I do really love the fabric and comfort of this hoodie. I snagged it on sale so it was a great deal. It's just a little crap and I think Athleta needs to catch up that that is not serving the bulk of their customer as well anymore. Everything seems to be too short or massively oversized and a lot of people probably are looking for right in the middle.
