I want to love these tights so much. They are breathable and so soft. However, after only one use the tights have started pilling something fierce. I bought two pairs and figured it was maybe just a fluke. Nope, in almost the same spot (left outer thigh) it's started on the other pair! I'm so bummed...

The quality of legging material that I purchased several years ago is not the same quality they are selling now. I have a flare legging from at least...3.5 to 4 years ago that is still going strong. I purchased this legging about three months ago and today after I returned from the grocery store, I discovered there was a hole...on the back side. I don't even really care that my backside was visible it's more the fact that they charge this much for something that doesn't hold up. I will be replacing them with a different brand. This is bonkers.

SO SAD!!! I have bought the Elation leggings for over 10 years. They are my absolute favorite and I have never found anything else as good. That's why I can't emphasize enough how disappointed I was when my latest order arrived and the leggings are a completely different fabric. They're not buttery sort anymore, are a totally different compression (I had to double check that I didn't order a size too small!), and they don't stay up anymore. Listen, I never write reviews, but I am hoping to god that if enough people complain about this change then they will bring back the old leggings. Otherwise I am sad to say Athleta will be losing a very loyal customer. :(

Love these! They are so stretchy and comfortable! I'm 5'4 111lbs and the small fits in either 7/8 regular (goes to my ankles being short) or a regular petite fits the same. The color shadow grey is just the best shade of grey.
