BEST. LEGGINGS. EVER.

I'm 5'6" and somewhere between 125-130 lbs with a long torso. I always have a hard time finding high rise leggings that actually cover my belly button sufficiently, but these do!!! They're also squat proof (for anyone else who lifts), and the waistband truly stays in place all workout - I didn't hav...

Pulling after one use!

I want to love these tights so much. They are breathable and so soft. However, after only one use the tights have started pilling something fierce. I bought two pairs and figured it was maybe just a fluke. Nope, in almost the same spot (left outer thigh) it's started on the other pair! I'm so bummed...

Completely different legging now

Like many others, I was a huge fan of the original buttery-soft UHR Elation leggings and had decided to order an additional pair as they've been a staple for me. When these arrived, I legitimately thought I'd received the wrong item. The fabric feels completely different (thinner/stiffer) and the length was way shorter (I ordered a full and they fit me like capris). Very disappointed in this change. Will be returning these and looking for other options more similar to the old ones.

What Happened?! Bring back the old Elation!

I have religiously bought Elations for about 5 years now and they have been my favorite legging- EVER. But why change a good thing?! The "new" elation is completely different material; it used to be buttery soft and thick material that always washed and held up well. This newer version is so disappointing; it's thinner "cooler" material that does not wash or hold up well at all. The last two pairs l bought, because I replaced thinking I just received a "defective" pair, both are literally ripping at the seams, as well.. $90 leggings should not be falling apart at the seams, I have strings hanging and coming undone. Athleta, you ruined a good thing. I would rethink this change before you start to lose loyal customers. Beyond disappointed is an understatement.

These used to be my favorite thing in my closet

I own SO MANY pairs of Elations. I have pairs that are at least 7 years old, but probably older, and I still love them and wear them constantly. Over the years, they have been my ride-or-die gym-wear, but I also wear them all the time in every other situation. Unfortunately, the pair I recently bought are so different from previous versions, I can't believe they are still selling them as "Elations". They are much thinner, and the fabric is shinier and slipperier in the worst way, They feel like they are too delicate for me to wear to workout. They are weirdly small in the size I have worn all these years—and I recently lost 15 lbs! I could still pull them all the way up, but they weren't substantial and comfortable and flattering. The waist is lower (I am really going to miss the waist). And they feel like they're cut for a "skinny" body, as opposed to the previous version, which felt like they were cut for a toned body. Overall, a downgrade in every way. I returned them.

If I could give zero stars I would

I've worn these leggings since their debut a lifetime ago. I've survived and compromised through numerous iterations. This latest version is pure garbage. Now, after years of devotion, I'm scouting these streets for a new brand. Sizing is way smaller, and length is way shorter. It's actually laughable how much they roll and slide down. I'm a very disappointed dancer. Someone let us know when athleta pulls this trash off the market and gets some sense enough to go back to any previous version than whatever they're currently peddling.

These have been my favorite leggings for years! I needed to update my old ones, sizing is off now by 2-3 inches in length. I am 5'3" and the older 7/8 leggings hit me perfectly on the ankle, the new ones are disappointingly shorter. They also sit lower on the waist than the older ones and roll. Old ones did not do that. I blindly took the tags off and wore them assuming they were the same so am stuck with them now but very uncomfortable in length and waist. Disappointed I have to hunt for good, dependable leggings somewhere else

The material is lower quality, uncomfortable, and fits poorly. Please bring back the original fabric.

Comments about Elation Ultra High Rise Legging

Just purchased my fourth pair! I love the compression and thickness of the material. These leggings are made very well and last much longer than other brands I have purchased in the past.

The material used to be buttery, soft and kinda thick and now it is slippery and silky and thin. Very disappointed in this new change. The previous legging material was perfect… There's a reason why so many people loved them and recommended them. I hope they can go back to what it used to be but until then I'll be searching for another legging
