The size, pockets, strap length, and material are perfect for this bag however I really wish the water bottle sleeve inside was on the opposite end. as it is now, you cannot zip the bag closed if your water bottle is tall, because the zipper starts on the same side. I have a simple modern 30oz sip bottle and this is an issue. so...almost perfect!

I like it. Great for the price and practical. Love the internal holder for drink bottle, and the fact it has a zipper and is easy to clean. The divider for the laptop seems flimsy and it makes it someone sloppy inside.

athleta.gapcanada.caI had bought this tote as a gift a few months ahead of time and when I opened the plastic bag it arrived in, it was quite crumpled with some deep wrinkles. I did some reading, stuffed the bag with towels. and tried a clothes steamer on low from about 6" away from the material. I did parts at a time and once heated a bit, smoothed it over with my hand. It worked! The bag looks perfect again and it was pretty easy to do. Just thought I would share in case someone else has the same problem.
