These fit tighter in the waist than I prefer. I would recommend sizing up. They are uncomfortable after a while. Had I sized up, maybe they would've fit more comfortably.

Love these leggings. The fabric is breathable and soft with medium to high compression at the belly/waist. Size up for less compression.

I love these but always trying to find the right fit. I like a crop verse a capri so even though I am 5'8 I buy the petite. I am between a size small and medium. This time I went for the medium because the small always rolled down when I bent over but the medium seems to slide down and so I am pulling them up. I am 150 lbs athletic build.
