Rise is Too High

On the website these shorts are described as having a "high rise." But on the physical shorts, it's labeled as a "super high rise." Normally I love a high rise, but the rise here is so high about an inch is curling at my waist. For reference, I'm 5'4", leggy, and pear shaped.

These shorts are great! They don't ride up or roll down. I wear these while running under looser shorts that normally ride up when I'm running. These shorts make me feel much more secure and comfortable and don't feel too hot. The length is perfect. They are true to size.

Prior to this purchase I already had 4 pairs of these shorts; I work from home so they are my go-to bottoms during the warm months. I am constantly washing them LOL so I figured I'd get another pair. The 7" inseam also makes them perfect for exercising for me -- no riding up when running, walking, doing yoga -- and the band has enough compression to make a difference but not so much that you feel squeezed in. The material is soft, and I love the depth of the side pockets!
