I honestly cannot make these work for weight training. I've tried 2 different sizes and feel like I'm constantly hiking them up. But they are light and flattering for everyday wear. They're okay for stationary bike too.

Absolutely in love with these leggings. They are so incredibly soft and have good stretch. I'm 5 foot three and 140 pounds. I bought a petite medium figuring the regular length would be too long and they would bunch up. When I opened the package, my first thought was, oh no, they are going to be too short, but when I put them on the stretch was perfect and they were the perfect length. Highly recommend!
