I absolutely love the feel of this fabric and the way it drapes on your body. I will say, these shorts tend to ride up your butt a little bit, but I mostly wear them around the house and for lounging so nothing I can't live with. I wish they came in other colors!!!

I love how dolphin shorts look, but they're typically fitted and don't work on my body. These are a game changer. I got a small- I typically have to size down in Athleta bottoms (excluding leggings). I love that these shorts are slightly longer in the back but not too long to give a saggy butt look. I also appreciate the wider waist band, because I am able to tuck a longer top in and it will stay in place. I wear these casually- on walks in the neighborhood, lounging, and on trips to the lake/beach. They keep their shape and look very nice on.

I ordered these in black and they are actually more of a charcoal color. Or what you would expect after washing and wearing black sweatpant shorts for several years. They are comfy and I'm keeping them but definitely disappointed that they weren't as black as what was in the photo. Very misleading.
