Love the fit and fabric of these pants! I ordered black, and could easily wear them to a nice restaurant, traveling, or palling around ~ the design seems very versatile. I'm 5'5" (120lbs) with a short torso and longer legs. I cannot usually wear high waisted pants bc they hit too close to my ribs...

I have these in both black and ecru. 2 petite fits my 5' frame without alternations. Material is breathable, wash and wear. The cargo pockets don't stick out, so these can pass for wide leg dress pants. The elastic in waist band make them comfortable. I docked a star because both pairs have some bunching at the hem due to uneven tension during sewing, as shown in the photos. It's not noticeable while worn and I hope it doesn't get worse over time.

Love this fabric. I'm always looking for pants with lots of pockets that can transition from dog walking to running errands to heading into work. The elastic on the back of the waistband is very comfortable and allows you to either pull them on or use the hook closure with the zipper in the front. The fabric does not wrinkle and it's light enough to wear on a warm fall day. I bought these on clearance, so I'm sure they're phasing this style out, but I hope Athleta continues to make pants like these.
