This jacket is perfect for paring with leggings or jeans. It holds its shape and requires little care. However it does run small. I usually wear a medium and had to size up to a large.

This jacket is great, but I literally went up 2 sizes to fit properly. I'm 5'4" 125lb. My normal size in Athleta is XS. After reading reviews I sized up to an S. It definitely fit (very form fitting) and looked nice, but I just wanted it a tad bit looser so I exchanged for a medium and it is still formatting, but more comfortable for layers underneath. I'm very happy with it and it looks great. Note that the Salutation 2 Jacket is different from the Salutation Jacket but they have the same style #. I ordered that as well and in the regular Salutation Jacket the S fit almost identical to the M in the Salutation 2. So the 2 is definitely running smaller than the original one.
