I am THRILLED to see the Salutation 2.0 jacket in bigger sizes!!!! I wanted this jacket so bad. I have almost every pair of Elation leggings in every colorway & wanted the Salutation jacket, too. As a fitness instructor of pilates, yoga, athletic trainer & high school coach,, I live in athlet...ic wear every day, seven days a week. I love Athleta and am constantly getting compliments on my sharp outfits, which fit me so well. I have an athletic build, and if you have athletic arms, shoulders, a bust, or any curves & If you "could" zip it up, you would feel squeezed into a sausage casing. I wanted to keep it, but I sadly returned it. Then it was so short I even ordered the tall to get a little more length & hope it would fit- I just couldn't make the XL work. Now they have the Salutation 2.0 jacket in larger sizes so I can finally get one to complete so many outfits!! One of the biggest reasons that keep me loyal to ATHLETA more than the "other" well-known brands is because Athleta realizes women come in all shapes, sizes, heights, and body shapes. Thank you, Athleta, for giving me so many options and for so many other women who want to work out in quality, great-looking athletic clothes that are size & height-inclusive; you really understand women's bodies are not uniform. ATHLETA, you have truly lived up to the "Power of She," & by understanding and you help to Empower us with your clothing to help us look & feel good so we can move our bodies, feel better, and live better. That's a big win in my book!

am so disappointed you have changed this jacket. I was able to try the new version on in a store this past weekend and it is awful. The prior Salutation jacket was absolute perfection. I own 4 of them and love them, but I have lost some weight and was hoping to size down. The changes have completely... destroyed what was a fantastic wardrobe staple. The old jacket is super snatched and fit great throughout the body and sleeves while this one is cut very strangely. It's looser in the body & tighter in the sleeves. The old jacket was a thicker material, made of nylon, while the new version is a thin polyester, and there was no funky collar. The new collar is awkward and doesn't work. This is such a major disappointment. Athleta has made a number of changes this past year and none of them are good - cropped everything, reduction in quality of materials and strange choices on cut/fit. It makes me sad that I may need to find somewhere else to buy my clothes as I have been a loyal Athleta fan for over 15 years. Very sad, Athleta. Who are you catering to?

A great jacket! I have it in 4 colours. I needed some compression wear after a mastectomy and reconstruction and just sized down for added compression. I slept in one for a month and found it so much more comfortable than a sports bra/corset combo. It is also a perfect mock neck top under a sweater. They are durable and launder well in a washing bag. I'm generally a size 10 or 12, so I ordered a large and found it fit the way I like. I ordered a Medium for added compression.

Gorgeous colors and fit (form-fitting). It is so soft and comfortable. Runs a little smaller - I usually got with a small and I went with the medium (5'7", 128lbs).

I sized up to LP per reviews, but there was a lot of excess fabric around the chest (I am 36b) and upper arms. Fit well around the waist. It's meant to be fitted so I went back down to my regular size MP and it fits better overall. Just need to lose a little weight in the middle or don't zip up, lol. I do like the new 2.0 update.
