Like others have reviewed, this top does run a little tighter b/c the fabric is a little clingier than other Renew styles. I have the Renew racerback and scoop-neck tanks in Medium, and they fit perfectly (I'm a M) - they're slightly snug on my 34C chest but not overly so, and I wear them all the t...ime in the summer or as an under layer. I ordered this in a M and L, and sure enough, the L fit better. The M was snug across the chest, but bc the fabric clings a bit more, it hugged my ribcage below in an unflattering way. When I tried on the L, it's got a cleaner silhouette without being baggy in the torso or the arm holes. Beyond the sizing confusion, the tank itself is a great, timeless style, one that I envision getting in multiple colors and wearing in situations like work, where the dress code is a little less sporty. While I have worn the racerback and scoop-neck styles to work, I can't take my blazer/cardigan layer off b/c of the sportier style, which can become a problem in the summertime when it's so hot where I live! Really appreciate this more casual style!

There are a lot of amazing qualities about this top, it doesn't show your sweat, it is form fitting without being too tight, and it is flattering. However, just after one wear, and one wash it was already pilling pretty badly. I even had my washer on delicate and air dried. While this top has been d...eemed defective because of that, I went into the store and they refused to accept it because I had cut off the tag. However, after speaking to a call representative, that is not the policy. I'm a little frustrated with the return process and the inconveniences of having to go to the store again, which is out of the way, or having to mail it in. I want to get this resolved quickly, but because my first attempt was no good, I am delayed even longer in getting an acceptable exchange. Other than all of this - I do really like the top. Maybe the quality is not the best, considering the pilling, but I like it nonetheless.

I am short and have a short torso. This top is perfect for an extra underlayer when it is cold for hiking or skiing, or great under a blazer for work. I have several. I love them for yoga. They are soft and do not shift during workouts so I am not fidgeting while stretching. It is very versatile and great for travel.

I have 6 of these tanks...5 black and 1 white. I wanted another white. I've loved the fact that the fffabric had some oomph to it. It is easy to wear along as a tank top. HOWEVER, my recent addition white tank has different fabric than the 6 others I own. It is very thin and lacks the body of the previous ones.It just doesn't look nice as a stand alone top with this cheap thin fabric. I will be returning. I need to add that you need to size up in this tank. I'm an XS or S, and needed a L in this. If you can get the beefier version, go for it. This version doesn't cut it.

Great fitting tee. Goes with everything. Can be worn @ the gym or casual wear under a jacket. Does run small. I normally wear an XS but size up to a S when the item is form fitting. For this item sized up to a medium.
