I'm 4'11" ordered size small Petite. The waist is way too high and it is baggy at the ankles. The fabric is super soft and would definitely be comfortable. I live in the ultra high rise elation leggings. I find myself purchasing all sorts of versions and colors as they're released. I love the material, they hold up really well to high volumes of wash and wear, but they also support my back. I have a lower back disk issue and these offer just a little bit more support, which I LOVE.
