I'm not used to wearing a crossbody, so I thought it was just me until I saw other reviews. The strap isn't comfortable, and it's not practical to use this as a shoulder bag. The strap also often lengthens all the way to the biggest, and I thought user error. Not a super big deal as I haven't found ...what length is most comfortable and practical for me anyway. I am not in love with the pale yellow color simply because I don't want it to get dirty, and it's not going to coordinate with much of my wardrobe. However, I knew going in that this color choice was nonreturnable because of the sale. I think it was worth buying at around $25 including shipping to see if I even liked this bag design and size before committing to a much more expensive color. It's summer, so it's a lightly cheery and fitting color for the season. If I wear it as a crossbody and keep it light in weight, I shouldn't have a need to set it down much. I'm particular when it comes to bags, and I rarely see anything I want. I hate receiving a bag I hate and having to go through a return process or just donating it. I haven't seen styles I like much since the 90s and 2000s. I'd been using a bucket bag I am fond of, but I was carrying too much around, hurting my shoulder, and leaving myself open to theft by setting it down places including shopping carts. I wanted to downsize and am carrying less than half of what I was previously. I'm trying to treat my bag as a purse and not survival gear. So, I was open to trying something completely different from my usual taste. Despite my best efforts, this bag already got a dot of a dirty spot on it just from heading to the car the first time. Facepalm. I know it's going to be difficult to keep it completely clean. Besides that and the uncomfortable strap, I do really like this bag. The material is soft. Everything is contained with zipper enclosures. I can carry what I need with plenty more room left over. It's generous for a medium. Just the right size.

I am a long-term, loyal customer of Athleta, having shopped with the company for many years. I usually do not write bad reviews but would like to share a deeply disappointing recent experience, particularly for international customers who use a freight forwarding service. My most recent order arriv...ed with three items completely missing from the package. I immediately contacted customer service to report the issue. My claim was denied almost instantly, with no explanation provided. The customer service agent then suggested that I dispute the charge with my bank or the freight company. This is unacceptable. The package arrived with the original Athleta seal intact, and the shipping label clearly stated a weight of 0.2 kg. It is physically impossible for four items, including All About Medium Crossbody Hobo bag, to weigh so little. The mistake was clearly made by Athleta during the fulfillment process. To have a simple, verifiable claim denied so quickly and to be brushed off in this manner is a terrible way to treat a customer. This experience has completely eroded my trust and loyalty.

This bag is functional perfection! Wait! On top of that, it's also so comfortable, yes, it's true! So may crossbody bags hang oddly and are in the way. If you're a crossbody wearer, you know what I mean. This bag, it hugs to you. I'm obsessed and ordering the other colors! Plus the material, can easily be wiped down to clean. Love, love, love this bag! Don't skip over it!

It is not adjustable at all! So if you buy this for that reason look elsewhere. Any kind of weight in the bag makes it go down the adjustable strap part is "slippery". It's a cute bag and a good size. I bought this for the adjustable strap so was little disappointed .

Perfect bag for running errands, taking to the gym, going for walks, easy to clean & nice & lightweight with plenty of room to fit everything you could need! Only downside is wish there were a couple of slip pockets on the inside as well.

I got this bag on sale in the sage green color. I like the size and the color. The strap is awful. First time I used it, I had a small nylon wallet, my phone and some other light stuff in there. I had the strap tightened so it was as short as it can be. First thing that I disliked was that the strap excess has nowhere to go so it's just hanging there- poor design. The WORST part of it is that because of the poor design and construction, the buckle part just kept sliding so the strap got longer as I wore it. Again, I had hardly anything in the bag. I would almost understand that if I had put a lot of heavy things in there, but it's a bag- shouldn't it be designed to carry things??? Also the stitching where the bag attaches to the strap came loose. the bag has never seen a laptop or a big water bottle or anything with weight. I would have returned if I could. I feel really bad for people who paid full price for this.

This bag is the perfect size and has plenty of pockets to keep small items. It's big enough to through some extra stuff in without being too heavy or hurting my shoulder. Best bag I've bought in awhile.
