Sadly, no staying power on my mountain of fine hair. Within minutes it has slipped out of place and more than once I have had to stop running to go back and pick it up after it fell off my pony tail.

This headband does a great job of soaking up sweat and keeping hair out of my face, but it likes to slide around when I first put it on, which is kind of annoying. I've found it stays in place if I get the grippy parts a little wet before putting it on.

The head band is sized too small. This even though I have a fairly small head, and fine textured hair. Some reviews mentioned this and I must agree!Consequently, it would not stay in place. I'm returning it. Athleta might consider making one which ties in the back to better accommodate different head sizes and hair thickness. Coco Gough wore one at a match this summer which made by New Balance.

I love Athleta headbands but this one was too tight on me so I had to return it.

I really like the quality of this headband, but it could use more of a grippy fabric/pattern inside to keep it from falling off without having to put on hairspray.

Would be cute if it had some stretch. I'd only recommend it IF you have a tiny head and thin hair.
