I own a lot of Athleta and have loved the brand for years, but the quality has noticeably declined over the past 8–12 months. These leggings feel much thinner than what I'm used to, and after just one wear they began pilling. The same thing happened with a gray pair I purchased last November, so this doesn't feel like an isolated issue. It's honestly disappointing. I've started spending more at a competitor I really didn't want to switch to, simply because I know I'll get a consistently solid product. I want to stay loyal to Athleta, but at this point my patience is wearing thin. I hope the brand takes a hard look at quality, because that's what made me a loyal customer in the first place. Please!

Love the legging, but too small for me. XS used to fit so seems to be a change. The legging, however, is amazing. Just get the right size!

My new favorite leggings! Wear them in the gym or casually - they are perfect! The borealis color is so gorgeous! I am 5'9" and I got the 7/8 tall - so they are full length ;)

Fabric has changed to be more shiny and smoother instead of the buttery soft feel. Made in Mexico now (nothing wrong with that but the leggings were previously made in Vietnam). Sizing is smaller and the waist band is tighter with a visible elastic band. Before it was just a thick waist band but now it's a centimeter wide elastic that makes the leggings feel tighter. #sweepstakes

I've purchased several pairs of leggings, and these are the only ones that I have been able to wear that I don't have to constantly pull up. I am a frequent runner, and these allow me the ability to run without being slowed down due to the fit. These are my go-to leggings for everyday wear as well as running. Good, soft material and true to size - I ordered a medium for 5'6" roughly 155lbs.
