I really like this shirt. It is thinner than I expected but is great on a warm day. I have not worked out in it yet. I got the medium because I like a loose fit. I am sure a small would have worked as well.

Really like this super lightweight fabric. Would recommend for hot days. I'm returning and getting a different style though - I'm a 36G, 185lb, 5'4", and my bust line was too big for a size L (and XL would have been too big). It ended up pulling at my armpits. For even a slightly smaller bust size I imagine it's great!
