I bought both bags, first small, then large. I prefer the large one for a few reasons (below). Also, note that the lighter colors get dirty quickly (see photo) and it's not recommended to put them in the washing machine, so that seems like a problem. Both bags have a built-in card holder and mesh p...ocket on the inside of the larger section and a zip front pocket. I loved the small bag as a wallet and purse replacement, but didn't like that I couldn't fit phone, keys, and sunglasses in it (phone and keys was the max). The larger bag solves the space issue. The small bag also has a weird strap situation—it's attached to the strap by loops, rather than sewn onto the strap, so it slides around a lot and the strap doesn't stay cinched where you want it to. I didn't think this was a deal breaker, but the large bag's straps are sewn in and it is a lot nicer. I wish that the dark color bag had a lighter lining, but otherwise I'm happy with this bag as an easy replacement for my old Tri-fold wallet and purse.

I wish I had listened to the reviews. This bag has not one, but TWO major flaws: #1: The strap will not stay tightened. The strap runs through a little tightener-thing on the buckle and then through a rubbery band thing that's supposed to keep it in place - however, it's too loose to do so. This me...ans that however tight you make the strap, it will gradually loosen to its full length. If you don't love it at the full length, DON'T even bother buying it - because that is what you're going to end up with. #2: The bag slips all around on the strap. The strap attaches to the bag through two loops on the back of the bag (basically like belt loops). This means that every time you pick up the bag, it slips around on the strap - unless it hits the buckle, which is the only part that can stop its sliding around. It's super annoying. Bonus issue #3: The inner pockets are bad. This bag has 2 outer zippered pockets: the front pocket, which is where I put keys and chapstick, and the big inner pocket, which is where I put my phone, wallet, and anything else I want to carry. The problem is that the non-zippered pocket dividers inside the main pocket are too shallow, so things don't stay in them very well. I don't want to accidentally throw a panty liner at the cashier (or drop it on the ground) when I'm whipping out my wallet to pay! What's the point of dividers if they're too short/shallow and loose and things come out of them when you're grabbing something else from the bag. Just don't buy this bag, honestly. It's not worth it.

I have this bag in another color from last year. The strap is different this year. It is sewed to each end of the pouch which leaves a long end dangling which bugs me. The benefit is that I get a tighter fit that stays in place nicely. Last year's bag has a continuous strap that adjusts within itself meaning no dangling end which I like. However the fit loosens as I run. Would love next year's version to have the best of both.
